- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@globalwellnessph.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Within Manila: 3-5 business days (Php100 but FREE for a minimum purchase of Php1500).
- Outside Manila: 7-10 business days (Php100 byt FREE for a minimum purchase of Php4500)

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. My Saiko Skin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
